Jun 08, 2026"Newly opened Gong Cha branch. We happened to be walking by going to dinner and saw a massive line up, realising they were offering a buy one get one free offer as an opening special. Nice looking store, but was let down by the mess already scattered around the store. Fast and friendly service. We got our drinks quickly after ordering even though they were busy."

May 20, 2026"Nice location as I live around here, and it's very hard to find bubble tea around. They also have special selection throughout the year, i.e.. Pop Mart, Snoopy, Peppa Pig, etc. The best thing is their straws aren't made from paper. They're sugarcane fiber straw (without taste), which is more durable and stronger. They got spacious spaces, opened till late, friendly staffs, fast and short waiting time. I signed up for membership so I can order online with credit cards, but they don't have much offer compared with other brands."

May 19, 2026"Went in today to this gong cha for the first time. I was greeted with a lovely smile by a worker named Kaitlyn as well as one of her other colleagues. I received the most amazing customer service ever and she was extremely sweet. She also helped us choose a “new” drink to switch it up and it was amazing. Rare to find such amazing customer service God bless. The store itself is super classy and has a welcoming vibe."
